Smoking Cessation Program

The Center for Health & Wellness facilitates smoking cessation programs year-round. The Cooper-Clayton Tobacco Cessation Program is a 13-week course that combines nicotine patches, gum, and lozenges with behavioral training to help smokers quit for good. Participants will:

  • Discover how to beat cravings and modify behaviors
  • Learn to properly use nicotine replacement products
  • Realize the short- and long-term benefits of living smoke free
