Professional Catering is a fast-paced program designed to prepare you for a position in the industry in as little as 18 months. All aspects of the industry are taught, from food preparation to setting up a catering business. You will receive hands-on experience by working both on and off campus with Sullivan's professional catering company, Julep's Catering. Externships are also available.

Potential careers include working in the catering industry as an event planner, catering staff supervisor or manager, or even a small business owner.
