Biography

Dr. Raake obtained her Bachelor of Science in secondary education with Highest Honors from Indiana University Southeast in 2008 and her Doctor of Pharmacy from Sullivan University College of Pharmacy (Summa cum Laude) in 2011 as part of the inaugural graduating class. Upon graduation, Dr. Raake completed a PGY-1 Pharmacy Practice Residency with a focus in ambulatory care at Sullivan University College of Pharmacy.

Dr. Raake's current practice site is the InterNational Center for Advanced Pharmacy Services (INCAPS), located on the first floor of the Nolan Building on Sullivan University's Louisville Campus. INCAPS provides medication therapy management services as well as immunizations, therapeutic drug monitoring, and patient education services. Dr. Raake will also continue to pursue her love of teaching as assistant professor at Sullivan University College of Pharmacy.
