Biography

Dr. Shin obtained her Doctor of Pharmacy from Rutgers University in 2008. Following graduation, Dr. Shin completed a PGY-1 Pharmacy Practice Residency at Kingsbrook Jewish Medical Center in Brooklyn, NY. She then completed a PGY-2 Geriatrics Residency at Central Arkansas Veterans Healthcare System in Little Rock, AR. During Dr. Shin’s residency programs, she served as a clinical instructor at Arnold & Marie Schwartz College of Pharmacy at Long Island University and The University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences College of Pharmacy. Dr. Shin was also very involved in precepting pharmacy students throughout her residency programs. She also obtained a Teaching Certificate from The University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. Dr. Shin’s practice site will be in Internal Medicine at the Louisville VA Medical Center.
