Biography:
Dr. Elder received her doctor of pharmacy from University of Kentucky in 2010. She went on to complete a post-graduate year one pharmacy residency at Indiana University Health in Indianapolis, Indiana. She then remained in Indianapolis to complete a post-graduate year two residency specializing in pharmacotherapy at Community Health Network/Butler University College of Pharmacy & Health Sciences. During this residency, she worked primarily with the Family Medicine team to provide care to inpatients and outpatients. She also gained experience teaching at Butler University throughout both residencies and participated in the precepting of pharmacy students from various schools. Dr. Elder will be providing clinical services at the Louisville VA Medical Center with a practice site focusing on Internal Medicine.
