Biography

Dr. Hibbs obtained her Doctor of Pharmacy degree in 2007 from the Ohio Northern University College of Pharmacy. She pursued a pharmacy practice residency at the University of Toledo Medical Center and College of Pharmacy in 2008. In 2009, at the University of Cincinnati Medical Center, Dr. Hibbs completed a specialty residency in solid organ transplant. During this time, she achieved expertise in caring for critically ill patients and was an educator of pharmacy students and residents. Dr. Hibbs received the American Transplant Congress 2009 Young Investigator’s Award for her clinical research of cardiovascular disease in kidney transplant recipients. In addition, her research has been accepted for oral presentations and poster presentations at national meetings including the 2009 American Transplant Congress and the American Society of Health Systems Pharmacist. Dr. Hibbs also dedicates her time participating in public education and service programs.

Areas of Interest: Studies of Immunosuppression and Organ Failure resulting from metabolic diseases, infectious diseases, and drug use.
