Biography

Dr. Frederick received a Bachelor of Science degree in Neuroscience from the College of William and Mary in Williamsburg, Virginia and her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Shenandoah University Bernard J. Dunn School of Pharmacy in Winchester, Virginia. She completed a PGY1 pharmacy residency at Geisinger Medical Center in central Pennsylvania where her year-long research focused on the effects of medication changes upon hospital admission on inpatient glycemic control. Dr. Frederick currently works with the internal medicine service at the University of Louisville Hospital.
