For admittance at the junior level, an Associate Degree in a hospitality major is required. These majors can include Culinary Arts, Baking and Pastry Arts, Professional Catering, Tourism and Event Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Beverage Management or similar degrees. If you have experience from an accredited culinary or hospitality training institution, you are eligible for admission at the junior level.
